New Year's Eve in Wangaratta – A Night to Remember! 🎆

WOW! What a way to end 2024! This New Year’s Eve at the Wangaratta Showgrounds was hands-down one of the biggest and most exciting single nights of the year for Mermaidia Braids. The atmosphere was electric, the crowd was buzzing, and our team was on fire – exactly the high-energy vibe we thrive on! 💃✨

We were absolutely blown away by the love and support from the Wangaratta community. In just one night, we created 35 braids and an incredible 72 extension ponytails for our amazing clients. This was a massive leap from last year’s count of 21 ponytails – what a fantastic way to celebrate growth and end the year on a high note!

The showgrounds were alive with fun, laughter, and celebration as families and friends gathered to welcome 2025. The night was made even more special with two dazzling sets of fireworks, lighting up the Wangaratta skies and filling the air with excitement. And let’s not forget the incredible music – Joe Camilleri and The Black Sorrows absolutely brought the house down with their headlining performance. What an epic way to close out the night and the year! 🎶🎸

We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team, who worked tirelessly and kept their energy levels soaring all night long. Their dedication and enthusiasm made this incredible night possible, and we’re so proud to have them as part of the Mermaidia Braids family.
