Wangaratta Christmas Market at Apex Park – A Sparkling Finale to 2024!

As the festive season lights up hearts and streets, we brought our signature Mermaidia Braids magic to the Wangaratta Christmas Market at Apex Park. This event was truly one for the memory books, as we wrapped up a whirlwind year with joy, laughter, and a sprinkle of holiday cheer.

To celebrate the occasion, we gave Yogi Bear a festive makeover, complete with a glowing light-up halo and clip-in plaits. He looked like a star ready to lead the Christmas parade! Positioned right at the centre of the market, our stall became the ultimate drawcard for kids and families. It’s no surprise – Mermaidia Braids is all about bringing the energy, vibe, and fun wherever we go. 🎉

Although the day wasn’t our busiest in terms of braids and ponytails sold, that didn’t stop us from having a ball. We danced, we laughed, and we soaked in the joyous atmosphere. One of the highlights of the day was meeting three adorable little girls dressed as butterflies, complete with sparkling wings. Michelle couldn’t resist snapping a selfie with them – it was a magical moment that completely made her day. 🦋✨

This event marked our final stop before Christmas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the year. A massive thank you to all the amazing families and friends who’ve supported Mermaidia Braids throughout 2024.
