EVENT 23 - Yarrawonga Agricultural Show

Mermaidia Braids had a wonderful time at the Yarrawonga Victoria Agricultural Show, held in the town with a population of 9,000 residents, spanning Friday and Saturday. The event was set aglow with amazing fireworks on Friday, creating a festive atmosphere.

On Friday, amid perfect sunshine, we completed 16 Braids/Ponytails as the show unfolded from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturday mirrored the weather, starting quietly until 11 am, after which it became a bustling period until 5:30 pm, with 42 Braids/Ponytails.

Michelle and Michael expressed their love for Yarrawonga, appreciating the town's great people and beautiful families. A highlight was meeting Ali Clarke, and Michelle had the pleasure of braiding her daughter's hair. The night brought a delightful surprise—an email from Ali, sharing a brilliant video she created to promote our business. It was a blessing to connect with such an amazing family.

Adding a unique touch, we braided through the fireworks, turning our clients towards the dazzling display. This allowed them to enjoy both the mesmerizing night sky and the most amazing festival braids simultaneously. The Yarrawonga Agricultural Show was not just an event; it was a celebration of community, connections, and the joy of creating beautiful memories.
